Earlier this month, a report by XiaomiTime revealed that an upcoming Redmi phone with the model number 25053RT47C was spotted in the IMEI database. Interestingly, this phone appears to have Poco-branded variants for the global and Indian markets, carrying the model numbers 25053PC47G and 25053PC47I, respectively. While there is no concrete evidence to confirm this, the Redmi phone is speculated to be the Turbo 4 Pro, whereas the Poco variant could be the Poco F7. In a new development, the global version of the Poco F7 has reportedly received its first certification, gaining approval from Europe’s Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

Poco F7 specifications (rumoured)
Speculations are rife that the Poco F7 could be a rebranded version of the upcoming Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. As per reports, the Redmi model will have a 1.5K OLED LTPS panel with a flat design, the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset, and a 7,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
The battery size is still a matter of discussion, as there is a possibility that the final model may pack a 6,000mAh battery. The other details of the phone are under wraps.
In China, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is expected to face competition from the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro. As per reports, the iQOO model will have the Snapdragon 8s Elite chip and a 7,500mAh battery with 90W rapid charging.
Coming back to the Poco F7, the series includes two other models, such as the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra. Reports suggest that all three phones will be released in the global market. However, the brand may launch only the F7 in India. A good thing is that the brand is reportedly planning a special edition model for the Indian market.
