The Omni Health Ring has launched a Kickstarter campaign for the company’s smart ring with AI-powered lifestyle coaching, photo meal tracking, and fun fitness games. The smart ring will have an MSRP of $399 when it ships in May 2025, but is currently offered at a super early bird price of $149. The IP68-rated titanium-alloy ring comes in glacier silver, rose gold, and zircon black.

The Omni Health Ring offers many of the standard health parameter tracking features of popular competitors like the Oura Ring and Samsung Galaxy Ring, such as an activity tracker, sleep monitor, and female monthly cycle insights. It also has features not found in other smart rings.

The Omni can help users stay fit by playing the included exercise games. The games are controlled by moving the hand about, with motion detected by the ring’s internal 6-axis sensor. This is similar to how Wii games were controlled by waving its remote controller.

Meal calories and nutrition are easily tracked through AI photo analysis, and the nutrition coach can provide detailed suggestions for adjusting one’s diet to optimize sleep and weight using artificial intelligence. The coach provides specific, actionable changes one can make to one’s lifestyle and diet to stay healthy and sleep well.

All core features of the smart ring can be used for free. The AI-powered features can be used up to five times a day for free, but usage beyond that requires a Premium subscription plan. The Omni comes with a complementary 12-month Premium membership.

Omni Health Ring has a width of 6.5 mm (0.256 in.), thickness of 2.4 mm (0.094 in.), and weight of 2 to 3 grams (0.07 to 0.11 oz.). The battery can power the ring up to nine days between recharges. The portable charging case tops off the ring in 120 minutes and weighs 100 g (3.53 oz.).
